We have immediate opportunities to join our team in the role of an Inside Sales / Customer Service representative. The primary responsibilities of an Inside Sales / Customer Service representative are interfacing with customers promoting the company as well as to process quotes, orders, and inquiries, while providing continuous support to the Outside Sales Team members and Upper Management.

The role of an Inside Sales Customer Service Representative is a fast-paced, multi-tasking position. It is a vital role working directly with the company’s most important asset – Our Customers!

Flexibility, openness, and a positive work ethic are essential in this position. Ultimately we are a team working together insuring we exceed our customer’s expectations, and engage in accomplishing whatever needs to be done in order to meet the company’s goals and objectives.

Compensation Packages are commensurate to experience.


Expectations and Duties (will include but not be limited to):
  • Process telephone, email, and web-based inquires and proposals
  • Process Received Customer Purchase Orders
  • Assist and Support Outside Sales Team Members
  • Increase Business by Selling to Customers in addition to taking Orders
  • Gather Marketing Information regarding Customers, Competitors, and Pricing
  • Implement Sales Strategies set forth by Senior Management
  • Participate in Training Opportunities
  • Gain Familiarity with Day to Day Operations of the Business and Participates in Improving Operations, Efficiency, Performance, and Profitability
  • Participate in Branch Operational Meetings
Education: High School Degree

Experience:
  • The qualified candidate will be disciplined, driven, and possess a professional image and positive work ethic
  • Industrial inside sales experience a plus
  • Strong communication and listening skills

Outside Sales Engineer

The primary responsibilities of an Outside Sales Engineer are to develop and execute effective sales strategies that result in top line sales growth and profitability. Effective sales strategies create opportunities and sales to achieve quotas, attract new customers, promote the company, its products and technologies, and define a course to achieving increased revenue and income.

Education: A bachelor’s degree in business or mechanical engineering is preferred, but not required. Applicants with two years of college/technical sales background are encouraged to apply.

Experience:

Industrial sales experience in the Texas Gulf Coast Region is preferred. The qualified candidate will be disciplined, driven, and possess a professional image and positive work ethic.
